Services Overview
Aura Advert offers a range of professional services, which include but are not limited to: Website Development, Application Development, Digital Marketing, UI/UX Design, Content Creation, Performance Marketing, Product Photoshoot, Graphic Design, and HR Consultancy & Recruitment (collectively, the "Services").
The scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, and specific terms for any engagement shall be governed by a separate service agreement, statement of work, proposal, or any other written agreement executed between Aura Advert and the Client (a "Service Agreement"). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a Service Agreement, the Service Agreement shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency with respect to that particular engagement.
Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this Website or engage our Services.

Client Engagements & Service Terms
- Scope: As defined in the Service Agreement.
- Cooperation: Client agrees to provide timely feedback and approvals.
- Acceptance: Deliverables have a 7-day review period unless otherwise specified.
- Third-Party Services: Governed by their own terms.
Payment Terms
- All fees are quoted in INR unless otherwise stated.
- Payment is due within the timeframe specified in the invoice.
- Late payments may attract interest at 1.5% per month.
- Aura Advert may suspend Services for non-payment.
- All fees paid are non-refundable.
Representations & Warranties
9.1 Mutual Representations
Each party represents it has the authority to enter into these Terms and they constitute a valid obligation.
9.2 Aura Advert's Warranties
We warrant we will perform Services with reasonable skill and care. This does not guarantee specific traffic, rankings, or ROI.
9.3 Client Warranties
Client warrants all provided information is accurate and does not infringe third-party rights.
Disclaimers

10.1 Website "As Is"
THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

Limitation of Liability

Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond their reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, acts of God).
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably, failing which they will be submitted to binding arbitration in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
Severability
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement & Waiver
These Terms, along with the Privacy and Cookie Policies, constitute the entire agreement. Failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
